By accessing or using Community Bank Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our reporting workflow platform and define your responsibilities when managing institutional data in the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Community Bank Pilot, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

Community Bank Pilot may only be used for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent financial information, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of the data your organization manages in the service.

3. Abuse and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor platform activity and suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we detect abuse, security threats, unauthorized access, or activity that may harm the integrity of the service.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you manage through Community Bank Pilot. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to provide the service, maintain system performance, and prevent abuse.

5. Service Availability

Community Bank Pilot provides software infrastructure on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some functionality may depend on external systems outside of our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Community Bank Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, reporting delays, or reputational harm resulting from use of the platform.

7. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Additional services or overages may be charged according to your applicable order form or subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, data may be retained for a limited period before deletion in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
