Data stewardship is a shared responsibility. Community Bank Pilot is designed for community-bank reporting workflows, and we enforce rules that protect customer data, platform integrity, and responsible use.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
1. Data Handling Requirements
All uploaded files, commentary, and workflow activity must be lawful, authorized, and handled in accordance with your institution's internal controls and applicable regulations.
- Only upload data you are authorized to use in the platform
- Do not obscure the origin, accuracy, or review status of imported data
- Unusual access patterns or misuse may trigger account review
2. Prohibited Platform Behavior
The following uses of the platform are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresenting financial data, review approvals, or audit status
- Attempting to access another institution's workspace or records
- Uploading malware, malicious files, or deceptive content
- Using the service to interfere with platform performance or availability
- Any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or contract
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, or distribute content through the platform that includes:
- Stolen, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized customer information
- Content intended to deceive reviewers, executives, or auditors
- Malicious code, exploit payloads, or credential-harvesting material
- Harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful material
- Any content that would create regulatory, privacy, or security risk
4. Account and Access Requirements
Access must be limited to authorized users operating within approved business purposes.
- Do not share credentials or bypass role-based access controls
- Maintain accurate user identity and approval ownership
- Remove or restrict access when personnel no longer need it
- Comply with your institution's policies and applicable regulations
5. Platform Safeguards
You may not misuse the platform or attempt to bypass limitations.
- Creating accounts to bypass controls, approvals, or restrictions
- Circumventing audit trails, validation checks, or tenant boundaries
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities
- Using the service in a way that could harm other customers
6. Enforcement
Community Bank Pilot reserves the right to monitor activity and take action at any time, including rate limiting, suspension, or termination of accounts that violate this policy.
In some cases, we may attempt to contact you before taking action. However, severe violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
